Compass Management has been contracted by Twin Peaks to run the Buildium System and to provide accounting services. Although Compass has started to reach out to owners using the Buildium system, Twin Peaks remains as the HOA management agent and is responsible for Managing accounting activities for the HOA.
Parking availability in the underground garage continues to be an issue during peak periods. Each unit has a one-space entitlement regardless of condo size. However some owners and guests use more than one space during their stays.
The Powderhorn Board of Directors is committed to making new owners feel at home, help them get settled, and to answer any questions new owners may have. Check out our Owners Information Folderand feel free to give anyone of us a call any time.

Annual Homeowners Meeting
Saturday, August 1st
The 2026 PLOA homeowners meeting will be held on Saturday, August 1st at 9:00am, at the Last Chance Mining Camp restaurant.
Parking: Each unit is allotted one parking spot. Vehicles are required to display a hang tag for the current ski season. Hang tags are available from Twin Peaks.
Washer/ Dryer Etiquette: Please be prompt to remove your laundry from the washers and dryers so others may use the equipment. Additionally, please note the laundry room hours of 7:00am to 10:00pm. Laundry room doors will be locked during closed hours.
Renovating? Please contact the Property Manager, Adam Peters for guidelines. A copy of the Remodeling Policy is available under the Building Policies tab.
Luggage Carts: Return to Parking Level as soon as you have unloaded.
Noise? Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 8:00AM. If you need to make a noise complaint please call Solitude Security at 801-641-7595.
